Hello and Welcome!

I’m Bev, the creator of Living with Balance. Those of us with busy lives who juggle career, family and friends along with self care, often need to pause and focus on prioritizing life balance and resilience. For years I have been exploring holistic methods to address this.

My journey into wellness began from a deeply personal place when navigating a toxic corporate work environment along with the challenges of raising a very bright son with dyslexia in an unsupportive school system. These experiences taught me the importance of caring for my body, mind and spirit. I made it my mission to explore holistic practices to cultivate calm, and a sense of balance. The tools I discovered transformed my life, and it’s my greatest joy to share what I have learned.

My work is rooted in both personal experience and professional training. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges and to over-extend myself by demands on my time and energy. Whether you are a type A personality managing your way through a corporate environment, a stay at home parent, or someone making a life transition, we all face unique challenges in everyday life.

There are daily practices that can help us to cultivate and maintain a sense of balance.  I would love to share with you what I have learned, ultimately helping you find practices to generate more calm, balance, and ease in your life, and to reduce and manage stress. The more skilled you are at taking care of you, the happier and more productive you will be.
